We currently accept payment by Cash on Delivery and direct Bank Transfer. Card payments are being added soon — if you'd prefer to pay by card, please contact us and we'll confirm availability.

Standard delivery is free on orders over £300 to most of the UK mainland. Delivery charges for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

Please contact us before ordering if you're outside the UK mainland (including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, and offshore addresses) so we can confirm delivery options and costs.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@apexhvac.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Yes — our Services category includes certified installation for radiators, wall-mounted/split AC units and ceiling cassette AC units, all carried out by F-Gas certified engineers.

Yes, our installation and maintenance services can be booked on their own — just add the relevant service from our Services category to your basket.

Warranty length depends on the product — most radiators and AC units carry a 2 to 5 year manufacturer warranty. The exact warranty period is listed in the "Additional Information" tab on each product page.

To keep your manufacturer warranty valid, we recommend installation by a certified engineer — see our Installation & Services category.
